BLB REPRESENTS POTI SEA PORT CORPORATION IN COMPETITION CASE AGAINST THE COMPETITION AGENCY OF GEORGIA AND INLAND TERMINALS OPERATING IN POTI SEA PORT

Poti Sea Port Corporation is engaged in the competition dispute by the inland container terminals operating in Poti Sea Port.
 
Poti Sea Port’s competition case constitutes one of the first precedents of litigation initiated after the survey conducted by newly established competition agency. The dispute concerns alleged restriction of competition on port and stevedore services market by the operator of Poti Sea Port.

BLB continues its longstanding cooperation with Poti Sea Port Corporation and APM Terminals operating the port and represents the client in complex litigation involving 27 parties to the dispute.
