Ana Rekhviashvili
Senior Associate

Ana Rekhviashvili serves as Senior Associate at Business Legal Bureau. She joined BLB as a Paralegal in September, 2013. 

Prior to joining BLB, Ms. Rekhviashvili interned for the Department of Statistics and Analyses at the Supreme Court of Georgia, where she participated in studies carried out by said Department, simultaneously being actively involved in activities of the Office of the Court Cooperation Group. Later, Ms. Rekhviashvili worked at one of the most widely recognized think-tanks in Georgia during which time her duties included preparation of legal analysis on proposed legislative changes and governmental decisions. 

Ms. Rekhviashvili graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tbilisi State University in 2014. During her LL.B. studies she has spent most of her time carrying out research while preparing for various International Law Moot Courts and other competitions. Ms. Rekhviashvili was the National Champion of both the 2012 and 2013 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competitions held in Washington DC; and in 2012 she was awarded the Best Individual Orator Certificate at the National Rounds. In 2014 she volunteered at the International Law Students Association by administering the 2014 Georgian National Rounds of Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. 

Currently, Ms. Rekhviashvili carries out research for her master’s thesis focused on international investment law at Ilia State University. 

Alongside her native Georgian, Ms. Rekhviashvili is fluent in written and spoken English and has an intermediate knowledge of Russian.
