Lola Absandze joined BLB team in June 2021 as a Junior Associate.
Before joining BLB team, Lola gained significant experience during 1-year internship in the Supreme Court of Georgia, at first in the Chamber of Civil Law, and afterward at the Chamber of Criminal Law. During her internship, Lola has been analysing case law and has been intensively involved in the drafting process of court decisions. In 2015-2016 years, Lola was an intern at BLB, which led to her further collaboration with our team. During her internship, she had the opportunity to work with international companies and large local corporations, gain significant experience in large-scale international commercial transactions and disputes.
Lola graduated from Georgian-American University (GAU), faculty of Law, and is currently doing Master’s degree in International and European Union law at Vilnius University. Throughout her student years, she attended various training and seminars at the Council of Europe and European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, as well as at institutions, such as Nato, European Parliament, and European Commission in Brussels.
